The Christina Grimmie Foundation works to reduce the long-term consequences of shootings by providing:

 

  • direct immediate financial assistance to gun violence victims/survivors, covering needs like housing, child care, utility bills, groceries, transportation, and more

Assists mass casualty/shooting victims with all resources, including:

  • providing immediate, mid-term, and long-term financial aid

  • referrals for mental healthcare, medical needs, disability needs, etc.

  • victim advocacy

  • educating communities on how to organize in the best interests of the victims and survivors after a mass casualty crime

VTVCare helps fund the long-term physical and psychological trauma-related care needs of mass shooting survivors nationwide and provides:

 

  • direct financial assistance to mass shooting survivors for long-term (3 years post-incident) physical and psychological trauma-related expenses

  • a lifeline network of support and resources to help survivors heal, recover, and reclaim their lives
